Here is a bit about me -
I am a country girl at heart, having been raised in Payson Arizona, where I grew up riding horses and exploring nature.
An Arizona native and graduate of Arizona State University, I moved to Prescott Arizona in 1994 with my husband and baby daughter to teach English at Prescott High School. In 2000, we welcomed my second daughter into our family. Now these little girls are growing up. One is studying Journalism and Political Science at The University of Arizona. The other attends Prescott public schools.
I taught English and French for 13 years, mostly at Bradshaw Mountain High School in Prescott Valley. I was the Yavapai County Teacher of the Year finalist, and an active leader at the schools, serving as English Department chairperson for four years and HUSD Language Arts Coordinator for two years. I’ve led three student trips to Europe and had the privilege of teaching Advanced Placement Language and Composition for four years. Recently I volunteered to coach volleyball for 11-12 year olds at the YMCA. What a trill to be working with children again!
In 2006, I made the exciting decision to leave teaching to pursue a new career in Real Estate. Despite the difficult market, I’ve never regretted the decision and know that the adversity of the first few years built not only character, but skills and knowledge that have served my clients well.
I was Realty Executive’s Rookie of the Year for 2007, and consistently perform in the top 10% for the Nation. In both 2010 and 2011, I was in the top 10% or higher of Realtors in the Prescott area in my toal volume of sales.
In 2011, I joined The Bergamini Group, the #1 Real Estate Team at Realty Executives Northern Arizona. I am thrilled to be part of such a dynamic, successful team and bring that success to you my clients.
