Residents will enjoy an active HOA, a pool, tennis courts, racquetball courts, meeting rooms, fitness classes and occasional social events. Hidden Valley Ranch is open to residents of all ages, but many retirees make it home. Houses range in price from the mid 100’s for patio homes to the 200’s and up for private single family residences. Homes average in the mid $300,000 to $400,000 range.
